What documentation etc do I need... ?

Besides the club membership you will need to be affiliated to one of the governing bodies of the sport. Our club is affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union and all our events are run under the ACU rules.
You can download an affiliation form from the ACU web site. You will need to complete the required details and forward to the club secretary with a cheque payable to 'The Auto Cycle Union'. (At the moment this is £10 for trials)

Included in the affiliation document is a parental agreement form that has to be signed by a parent/guardian

There are a few places where you can practice with the landowners permission. You need to speak to other riders for other locations etc.
The Club have to venues where the landowner allows practice. In both cases please contact the landowner before going onto the land.

Anyone caught practicing at any of our venues where practicing is not allowed will be dealt will be banned from any trials organised by the club and will recommend to the Centre and ACU that he is banned from other events.
